 >> Expert Witness Services

ErgExperts personnel have provided testimony and conducted advanced studies that address matters related to worker's compensation, age and gender discrimination, federal employer's liability act (FELA), product liability, and the cost benefit of ergonomic recommendations.
Dennis Mitchell, president of ErgExperts, was one of the ergonomists selected by OSHA and the department of labor to testify in the public hearings in Washington, D.C., with respect to President Clinton's ergonomic program rule that was eventually rescinded by President Bush.
Depending upon the nature of the lawsuit or complaint, a specific scope of work or work-study protocol will be defined and proposed. Typically, advanced ergonomic evaluation methods are utilized so that the expert report is based more on objective data than on opinion.
Typical expert witness services may include:
- Work-site analysis
- Critique of another expert's reports and opinions
- Product testing
- Specialized literature searches
